5/22/2026 – Being a Mom in Academia!
This month has been incredibly special, as I’ve been celebrated from both my colleagues and my wonderful lab members. I’ll admit that being a mom in academia is not always easy. I am already the very lucky parent of an amazing little boy, and as we prepare to welcome baby boy number two, I’ve been reflecting on how fortunate I’ve been along this journey. I was so happy to be back at Stanford as a guest speaker for the CCSB Symposium and the Radical Seminar Series.
